Paid subscriptions refer to listings that were upgraded to Sponsor Listings for a monthly or annual fee.
You can view all your active subscriptions (i.e. active Sponsor Listings) in your Heritage Web dashboard, under “Listings”. You can also view all paid subscriptions (whether active, canceled or expired) in your Heritage Web dashboard, under “Payment Method”.
Listings
Select “Listings” in the header menu
All your listings (both Sponsor and Free) will be shown. Sponsor Listings with active subscriptions are set out at the top of the list
Payment Method
You can have different payment methods for different Sponsor listings. To view or change the payment method connected to a specific active or expired Sponsor listing subscription.
Click the circle with your initials, at the top right-hand corner of the page
Select “Payment Method” from the drop-down menu
Scroll down to the “Paid Subscriptions” section. All paid subscriptions will be shown.
