A Sponsor Listing expires when the subscription plan ends and the payment method connected to the subscription plan fails. An expired Sponsor Listing is not published on a directory, but can be renewed anytime.
Expired Sponsor Listings can be renewed via the Heritage Web dashboard:
Log into your account
Select “Listings” in the header menu
All your listings will be shown. Expired listings are set out towards the end of the list
Click “Renew” for the specific expired listing. Confirm your selection
Expired listings that have been renewed will be published on the directory immediately. An expired listing can also be downgraded to a free listing after which it will be displayed on the directory again.
