All listings (profile, organization, event, jobs) can be published for free on the Heritage Web network. Listings can also be upgraded to premium for higher exposure across our network or downgraded back to free.
When a premium listing is downgraded to a free Listing, it remains a premium listing until the end of the paid period.
You can manually downgrade a listing before the paid period is over.
Refunds are not issued for downgraded listings.
You can downgrade your premium listing to a free listing at any time:
Log into your account
Go to the relevant page for that listing type (profile, organization, event, jobs)
Click the edit icon for the specific listing
Select “Downgrade”
Confirm the downgrade
