A premium listing expires when the subscription plan ends and the payment method connected to the subscription plan fails. An expired premium listing is not published on the Heritage Web network but can be renewed and published anytime.
Expired premium listings can be renewed via the Heritage Web dashboard:
Log into your account
Go to the relevant page for that listing type (profile, organization, event, jobs)
Find the expired listing by scrolling through your listings or using the filter option.
Click “Renew” for the specific expired listing.
Confirm your selection and complete the payment
Expired listings that have been renewed will be published on the Heritage Web network immediately after payment.
An expired listing can also be downgraded to a free listing, after which it will be displayed again in the Heritage Web network. Please see our guide on "How to downgrade my listing" for details.
