Understanding Your Leads Dashboard
Quick Answer
Your Leads Dashboard is the central hub for managing all paid referrals matched to your approved listings. It features four main tabs (New, Purchased, Hidden, Analytics), filtering tools to find specific leads, and displays essential information about each opportunity including price, location, and source publication before you purchase.
Overview
The Leads Dashboard streamlines your lead management by organizing opportunities into clear sections, providing powerful search and filter capabilities, and showing all the information you need to make informed purchasing decisions. FAQs
Q: Why do I see different leads than my colleague in the same office? A: Each dashboard shows leads matched to individual listings based on specialties, languages, and other factors unique to each professional.
Q: Can I save searches or filter preferences? A: Currently, filters reset each session. You must reapply filters when you return to the dashboard.
Q: How often should I check for new leads? A: Check at least twice daily. Sponsor listings get 24-hour exclusive access, so timing matters for high-value leads.
Q: What's the difference between hiding and not purchasing? A: Hiding removes the lead from your view only. Not purchasing leaves it visible until someone else buys it or it expires.
