Quick Answer
The Leads Dashboard is your central hub for managing paid referral opportunities in the Heritage Web network. Access it through the main menu to view new leads matching your profile, track purchased leads with full contact details, manage hidden leads, and analyze your performance metrics across four organized tabs.
Overview
Located in your main navigation menu, the Leads Dashboard provides a streamlined interface for professionals and businesses to discover, evaluate, and purchase qualified client leads. The dashboard displays leads that match your specialty, location, and language preferences, with real-time updates as new referral requests come through the Heritage Web network.
Dashboard Navigation
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Click "Leads Dashboard" in the left navigation menu of your account. The dashboard opens to the "New" tab by default, displaying available leads that match your profile.
Step 2: Understanding the Tab Structure
Navigate between four main sections using the tabs at the top:
New - Fresh leads available for purchase
Purchased - Leads you've bought with complete contact information
Hidden - Leads you've removed from your view
Analytics - Performance metrics and ROI tracking
Step 3: Use Search and Filters
Utilize the search bar to find leads by name or keywords. Apply filters to narrow results by Country, State, City, or Industries to find the most relevant opportunities.
Understanding Lead Cards
Each lead card displays essential information at a glance:
Element | Description |
Category Header | Practice area or industry type (e.g., "Immigration, US Citizenship, Labor and Employment") |
Lead Summary | Brief description of the client's needs with character count indicator |
Publication Source | Which publication did the lead come from (e.g., Legalglobal.com) |
Location | City and state of the potential client |
Date | When the lead was matched to you |
Price Button | Purchase amount (e.g., "Purchase for $24.00") |
Tab Functions Explained
New Tab
Displays all available leads that match your profile settings. These are fresh opportunities you can review and purchase. Leads remain here for up to 60 days or until purchased by another professional.
Purchased Tab
Contains all leads you've bought, with full access to contact information and detailed case notes. Use this section to manage active client relationships and track outcomes.
Hidden Tab
Stores leads you've chosen to hide from your main view. Hidden leads can be reviewed later without cluttering your active dashboard. They still count toward your 60-day expiration window.
Analytics Tab
Provides detailed metrics on your lead purchases, conversion rates, ROI, and performance trends. Use this data to optimize your settings and improve results.
