Clearing Cache & Browser Compatibility Tips

Old cache or incompatible browser settings can block login and page loads. Here’s how to clear cache and pick the right browser.

1. Clear Cache & Cookies

  • In Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images & files.

  • In Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.

2. Disable Browser Extensions

  • Turn off ad‑blockers or privacy extensions that may intercept scripts.

  • Test in an Incognito/Private window.

3. Use a Supported Browser

  • Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari—latest version recommended.

  • Ensure JavaScript and cookies are enabled.

4. Retry Login

  • After clearing and restarting, attempt to sign in again.
