A Heritage Web job listing is a detailed posting of employment opportunities at one of the organizations listed on the Heritage Web network. Each listing includes job titles, descriptions, qualifications required, and application details.

Key Sections of a Job Listing

Every job listing has the following sections:

  • Job Title: Clearly state the title of the position being offered.

  • Job Overview: Provide a concise summary of the job's requirements, qualifications, and key details.

  • Workplace Type: Specify if the job is remote, in-person, or hybrid.

  • Job Type: Indicate whether the position is full-time, part-time, contract, temporary, volunteer, or internship.

  • Job Location: Specify whether your event is online or in-person, and provide the relevant address or digital platform details.

  • Job Website: Add a link to the application page where members and visitors can apply for the job.

  • Industries: Choose the industries and sectors that best describe the nature and focus of your job listing.

  • Job Skills: List the essential skills required for the job for easy search and filtering.

  • Organization Name: Enter the name of the company or organization hiring for this position.

  • Organization Logo: Upload your organization's logo.

  • Organization Overview: Provide a brief overview of the hiring organization.

  • Organization Website: Add the organization's official website.

  • Organization Headquarters: Provide the address of the hiring organization's headquarters.

  • Video Introduction: Enhance your job listing by embedding a video that showcases your company.

  • Social Media: Add links to your company's social media pages, including LinkedIn Company page, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube channel.

Important Features

Review important features of job listings:

  1. Multiple Job Listings Per User: Each Heritage Web member can publish one or more job listings.

  2. Free Job Listings: Publishing a job listing on Heritage Web is free.

  3. Sponsor Job Listings: Free job listings can be upgraded to Sponsor listings for greater exposure within the network.

  4. Job Listing Review Process: The Heritage Web team manually reviews all new job listings and subsequent updates before publishing them on our network to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

  5. Community Affiliations: Community affiliation is not an option for job listings. All job listings are published to all communities.
