We work hard to publish accurate and up to date information about professionals and organizations listed in our network. All new listings and listing modifications go through a manual review by one of our staff members.
Professionals can edit their listing information through the Heritage dashboard. Changes are saved in "draft" mode until the professional is ready to submit the changes for review. Once a professional submits a new listing or makes changes to an existing one, the changes remain pending until someone from our team reviews and approves the changes. If changes were being made to an existing and active listing, the previously approved information will continue to display on the live listing page (i.e. Public Profile) until the new changes are approved.
The review process can take up to 2 business day for sponsor listings and up to 10 business days for free listings.
