Your Heritage Web Dashboard provides key metrics—views, clicks, and conversions—that guide continuous improvement. Here’s how to interpret and act on them.


1. Track Core Metrics

  • Profile Views: Number of times your profile or listing was seen.

  • Inquiries/Click‑Throughs: How many people clicked “Contact” or “Apply.”

  • Referrals & Leads: Count of referral requests received or leads purchased.

2. Identify Trends & Opportunities

  • Underperforming Listings: Low views but high impressions—optimize your title or keywords.

  • High Bounce Rates: Many views with no clicks—rewrite your call to action or description.

  • Seasonal Spikes: Align event or job posts with high‑demand periods.

3. Run A/B Experiments

  • Title Variations: Create two versions with different keywords.

  • Description Tweaks: Test shorter vs. longer overviews.

  • Publishing Times: Schedule posts at different days/times and compare engagement.

4. Take Action & Iterate

  • Update top 10% of your listings with the highest potential.

  • Archive or pause listings with sustained low engagement.

  • Use “Save as Draft” for major rewrites before resubmitting.
