My Inbox provides a simple, centralized location to view and respond to all Message button inquiries. Understanding its features and limitations helps you manage free leads effectively while maintaining clear separation from Heritage Web's other lead programs.

Navigating to My Inbox

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

Log into your Heritage Web account at dashboard.heritageweb.com

Step 2: Find My Inbox

Look for "My Inbox" in the main navigation menu

Step 3: View Your Messages

The inbox displays all Message button inquiries in chronological order

My Inbox Features

Message Display

Each message shows:

  • Sender name and contact information

  • Sender email (always visible)

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Message content (full text)

  • Timestamp (when received)

  • Listing indicator (which listing received the message)

Available Actions

  • View full message details

  • Reply through the platform

  • Access sender's contact information

  • Track conversation history

Current Limitations

My Inbox does not currently support:

  • Message search or filtering

  • Spam marking or blocking

  • Auto-responses or templates

  • Bulk actions or management

  • Read receipts or status indicators

Important Notes

  • Messages remain in My Inbox indefinitely (no automatic deletion)

  • Each new message triggers email notifications to your configured addresses

  • Replies create new messages rather than threaded conversations

  • The platform doesn't mask email addresses – direct communication uses real emails

  • My Inbox is the ONLY place to see Message button inquiries

Can I delete messages from My Inbox? No, messages cannot be deleted. They remain as a permanent record of communications.

Why don't I see my paid referrals in My Inbox? My Inbox is exclusively for free leads. Paid referrals appear in the separate Leads Dashboard, which requires purchase for full contact details.

Can I export My Inbox messages? Currently, there's no export function. You must manually copy information if needed for external records.

Do messages expire or get archived? No, all messages remain visible indefinitely in chronological order.

Can I set up automatic responses? No, auto-responses aren't available. Each message requires manual response.
