Step 1: Visitor Discovers Your Listing

Visitors find you through:

  • Search engines (Google, Bing) indexing your listing

  • Heritage Web search across 300+ community publications

  • Direct navigation to your listing URL

  • Social media links you or others share

Step 2: Visitor Views Your Profile

Your listing displays:

  • Name and headline

  • Bio/description

  • Specialties and services

  • Languages spoken

  • Community affiliations

  • Contact information (visibility varies)

Step 3: Visitor Accesses Contact Information

For Free Listings:

  1. Visitor sees Message button immediately

  2. To view phone/address/website, must create account

  3. Verifies email address

  4. Can then see all contact details

For Sponsor Listings:

  1. All contact information visible immediately

  2. No account creation required

  3. No login needed

  4. Direct access to phone, address, website

Step 4: Visitor Chooses Contact Method

Direct Contact Options:
