Permission Levels: Profile, Listings, Referrals, Leads & Payments

Know what your team can (and can’t) do

When you invite a team member, you control exactly which parts of your account they can access. Here’s what each Full Access permission entails.


  • Profile – Full Access
    Edit all profile fields, submit changes for review, and view/reply to messages on your public profile via Inbox.

  • Listings – Full Access
    Create, edit, and submit business, job, or event listings. Also view/reply to listing‑related messages in Inbox.

  • My Referrals – Full Access
    View past referral requests you’ve submitted and track their status.

  • Leads Dashboard – Full Access
    Browse, view details, and purchase matched leads for your account.

  • Payments – Full Access
    View billing history, add or remove payment methods, and update subscription cards.
