If you have subscribed to a monthly or annual plan for any Sponsor Listings, the subscription can be canceled at any time by downgrading it to a Free Listing.

When downgrading the subscription, your listing will remain a Sponsor Listing until the end of the current billing cycle. Following which, your listing will automatically be downgraded to a Free Listing. No refunds will be provided for any time remaining in the current billing cycle. If your listing was active prior to the downgrade, it will remain active and published after the downgrade.

For example, if you have an active Sponsor Listing on an annual subscription plan and you downgrade the subscription at the end of the 9th month, your listing will remain a Sponsor Listing until the end of the full year which is another 3 months. The listing will be automatically downgraded to an active Free Listing from the start of the 2nd year.

To downgrade a Sponsor Listing, go to the Heritage Web dashboard:

  1. Select “Listings” in the header menu

  2. For the specific Sponsor Listing, click the edit icon and select “Downgrade Listing”

  3. The pop-up window will state until when your listing remains a Sponsor Listing if you cancel the subscription. Confirm the downgrade

Similarly, a Free Listing can be upgraded to a Sponsor Listing at any time.
