To update existing payment methods in your Heritage Web account, go to the Heritage Web dashboard:

  1. Click the circle with your initials, in the top right-hand corner of the page

  2. Select “Payment Method” from the drop-down menu

  3. Click “Edit Card Details” for the specific payment method

  4. Edit the relevant fields and click “Save Changes”

If we are unable to process a payment (e.g. if a credit card has expired), the relevant subscription(s) will be changes to Expired status. Once expired, the relevant Sponsor Listing(s) will not be published on a live public page. Expired Sponsor Listings can be renewed or downgraded to a Free Listing at any time.
