Referral requests can have one of the following statuses
Submitted, pending review
Reviewed
Matched
Not matched
There are two ways to get a status update on your referral requests – via your Heritage Web account or via email.
If you have a Heritage Web account, you can view the status of your requests in the Heritage Web dashboard:
Select “Referrals” in the header menu
Select “My Requests” to view a list of your submitted referral requests
The status of each request will be shown
To see more details, click the specific request
