How can I get a status update on my referral requests?

Referral requests can have one of the following statuses

  1. Submitted, pending review

  2. Reviewed

  3. Matched

  4. Not matched

There are two ways to get a status update on your referral requests – via your Heritage Web account or via email.

If you have a Heritage Web account, you can view the status of your requests in the Heritage Web dashboard:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Select “Referrals” in the header menu

  3. Select “My Requests” to view a list of your submitted referral requests

  4. The status of each request will be shown

  5. To see more details, click the specific request

Alternatively, or if you do not have a Heritage Web account, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will update you on the status of your request.
