Referral requests can be edited while pending review by our team (typically 4 to 8 hours after submission), prior to the commencement of the matching process. Referral requests cannot be edited once they are matched. In such cases a new referral request with should be submitted with updated information.
There are two ways to edit referral requests – via your Heritage Web account or via email.
If you have a Heritage Web account, you can edit your referral request in the Heritage Web dashboard:
Select “Referrals” in the header menu
Select “My Requests” to view a list of your submitted referral requests
Click “Read More” on the specific request you wish to edit
If the selected request shows a “Pending Review” status, it can be edited
Click the edit icon for the specific section and make your edits. Click “Submit”
