Referral request forms require a brief description of your request, your contact information and optional follow-up questions that are tailored to your requested profession and practice area. This helps us in our search for the professional or organization most suited to your needs.
By submitting a referral request form, you agree to let us share your request and contact information with suitable professionals or organizations. We will only share your contact information with one professional or organization for the purposes of contacting you.
Request Review
Once submitted, our team manually reviews each referral request to ensure correct search parameters are selected and to reduce spam. Our smart matching engine then matches the request with professionals or organizations listed on our network which match your specific search criteria.

Matched professionals or organizations receive a notification that they are matched with a referral request. They are able to view the anonymized request description and responses to the follow-up questions.
Only one matched professional or organization can receive your contact information by paying a fee. If a matched professional is not accepting new clients or doesn't respond within 48 hours, our team will recommend you the most experienced professional or organization on our network that matches your search criteria. You will be notified of the results by email.

Matching engine: Our referral-matching engine matches the request with professionals or organizations based on directory, license (if required), language, specialty, and distance.
Match notifications: Matched professionals or organizations receive a notification that they have been matched with a referral, and have access to the request information (excluding contact information).
Contact information and notifications: Only one matched professional or organization can receive the contact information by paying a fee. Once paid, they receive an email with the contact information. The referee also receives an email notification containing the professional or organization’s contact information and listing page.
Our recommendation: If none of the matched professionals or organizations choose to access the referee’s contact information within two business days, our team will send the contact information of the matched professional or organization in our network with the most experience (professionals) or years of operation (organizations).
