Get in touch with a professional or organization listed on Heritage Web, for free using one of the methods below

  1. Call the professional or organization using the phone number listed on their listing

  2. Send an inbox message using the contact form on their listing page

  3. Submit a referral request

You do not need an account on Heritage Web to contact listed professionals or organizations. If you create an account you can communicate, followup, and view a history of your conversations via your Heritage Web dashboard.

Call the phone number on their listing

Published listings often set out the professional’s or organization’s contact information, such as their phone number, email address or link to their website.

You may contact the professional or organization directly, using the listed contact information.

Send an inbox message via the contact form

You can also send a message to a professional’s or organization’s Heritage Web account, by filling in the contact form on their listing page.

When you submit a contact form, our system sends a message to the account owner’s inbox and an email notification containing your name and the brief description provided. When you submit a contact form, you receive a system-generated confirmation email with the message you sent.

Email correspondence with a professional or organization that is initiated from the contact form on their listing, is recorded in your Heritage Web account and can be viewed from the dashboard.

Submit a referral request

Let us help with your search. When you submit a referral request form in a directory, someone from our team reviews each request and makes any necessary changes to ensure appropriate filters are selected. Our matching engine then filters listings to find professionals or organizations that match your search criteria. By requesting a referral, you agree to let us share your contact information with suitable listing owners and you give them permission to contact you using that contact information.

All published listings are reviewed by our team and we verify all licenses at the time of publishing the listing and once a year to ensure that they are in good standing with the issuing state agency.

If a professional is matched with your request, they are notified by email or SMS. If they are interested in your request and available, they can purchase access to your contact information to reach out to you.

Alternatively, we will send you the contact information of a matched professional or organization on Heritage Web with the most experience.
