To add a new payment method to your Heritage Web account:

  1. Go to the Heritage Web dashboard

  2. Click the circle with your initials, at the top right corner of the page.

  3. Select "Payment Methods"

  4. Enter your new email address and click "Save Changes"

  5. Click on the "Add New Card" button

  6. Fill out your card information and click on the "Add Card" button

Heritage Web uses Stripe, a payment service provider that is certified as PCI Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Your billing information is not saved on our servers and is securely processed by Stripe, who uses encryption to protect your data.
