Active listings can be unpublished or published again at any time in the Heritage Web dashboard:
Log into your account.
Select “Listings” in the header menu.
Click the edit icon for the specific listing.
Select “Unpublish Listing” or “Publish Listing”.
Confirm your selection.
Unpublished listings are immediately hidden from the public directory and not matched with referrals. Published listings are immediately made visible on the public directory.
