There are two ways a listing owner can receive SMS notifications related to her listing and lead notifications

- Listing-specific SMS notifications
- Account-level SMS notifications

Listing owners can add different phone numbers to each listing to receive notifications related to their listings. Additional phone numbers have to be verified before receiving notifications. 

Login to the <a href="https://dashboard.heritageweb.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Heritage Web dashboard</a>

Go to the <a href="https://dashboard.heritageweb.com/listings" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Edit Listing</a> page for a specific listing

Scroll down to the "Additional Email Notifications" block

1. Login to the <a href="https://dashboard.heritageweb.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Heritage Web dashboard</a>
2. Go to the <a href="https://dashboard.heritageweb.com/listings" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Edit Listing</a> page for a specific listing
3. Scroll down to the "Additional Email Notifications" block
4. Add and verify a new phone number
