The email notifications are sent from addresses such as [email protected]. Each conversation has a unique email address that allows the two parties to communicate with each other via email.

Benefits of this feature:

  • Client and professionals can review the history of their conversation;

  • continue the conversation in both their dashboard and email client;

  • receive text notification about replies to improve response times (work in progress)

  • have the option to keep their email addresses private.
