The Inbox and Q&A pages keep all your communications in one place—direct messages from clients and answers to community questions.


1. Inbox

  • Listings → Inbox: View threads (conversations) and single chats.

  • Toggle Contact Form: Enable/disable the form on your public profile.

  • Masked Emails: Communicate via proxy addresses—reply from the dashboard or your email client.

  • Actions: Mark Read/Unread, Reply, Archive.

2. Q&A (Coming Soon)

  • Listings → Q&A: Community questions relevant to your specialties.

  • Answer: Click Answer to respond; edit or delete your answers anytime.

  • Notifications: Opt in to receive alerts for new questions in your fields.

Tip: Use quick replies and canned responses for FAQs to save time.
