All messages appear in Inbox, split between threaded dialogs and single chat entries.
1. Inbox Overview
Threads: Ongoing back-and-forth conversations.
Single Chats: One-off messages or quick inquiries.
2. Switching Views
Use the Threads and Chats tabs at the top of Inbox.
3. Marking Read/Unread
Click the envelope icon to toggle read status.
