Editing Permissions & Revoking Team Member Access

Do you need to adjust a colleague's ability to do something or remove access entirely? The My Team page makes edits instant—no acceptance is required.


1. Edit Permissions

  1. On My Team, click the Edit icon beside a member’s name.

  2. Toggle permissions on or off to grant or restrict features.

  3. Click Save—changes apply immediately.

2. Revoke Access

  • To remove someone, click the Remove icon next to their entry.

  • They lose all access instantly; you can re‑invite at any time.
